It was God’s will that cumulated in my meeting Mr Rabi Chowdhury and some members of his team and in turn getting associated with his educational group G-Next and the different activities it is involved with.
Not to mention the aspect that despite the location being far flung in terms of logistics and reach has not deterred its leadership from perusing very contemporary, practical and value adding ideas and practices in its teachings and activities directly impacting the young and future citizens….to mention a few: Going Green, Fabrication of items using locally available natural resources and of course exploring and grooming local talent which in turn would contribute directly to the economy.
Such of the above activities would in turn mean having the required resources like trainers who again would have to be groomed from the institution’s teachers and leaders. It is delightful to see that this is also being done parallelly to ensure that the correct and ethical methods are passed on to the younger generation. Activities like teacher development, sports, science innovation program s and exhibitions like INSPIRE, and community involvement leading to the overall development and upliftment of the local population in general is laudable. This attitude of “Sharing and Caring” would travel a long way inspiring the generations to follow.
